We take care of all the animals with love, so some of them are so domesticated that you can feed them in the presence of our keeper! It is possible to pay animal feeding (50 CZK per person). If you do, you will receive a special bracelet on your hand so that your caregivers can easily recognize you. According to the schedule below and the Farmpark plan (pdf) you can come to your chosen animals and feed them under the supervision!
Farmpark Soběhrdy is not just an ordinary park. With our keeper you can feed all animals! All you have to do is buy belt at the cash desk, and then you can participate in organized feeding every half an hour at more than ten sites!
Animals are trying to induce their natural space in nature, and therefore their enclosures are really large. The customer may find that the enclosures are half empty, but the opposite is true! We especially care about the induction of the natural environment! That’s why you can meet nutria on the other side of the pond!
Take care with love
For our carers, animal care is a pleasure, they have an indescribable relationship. Maybe that’s why they are doing so well here and more than forty pups of different kinds of animals are born here every year: kangaroo, little camel, kids, sheep and many more.
Animal at Farmpark
In Farmpark we keep animals from farms from all over the world!
Not surprisingly, you will meet with Lama tame from South America, African Watusi, Cameroon sheep and goats, camel Dromedary and cow Dahome!
In Australia we must not forget about the ostriches of Emu! Do you think they really stick their heads in the sand? Close to the ostriches we also have kangaroos Bennet, who unfortunately do not feed because they are waiting for new additions and do not want them to feel threatened!
In the Asian part you can meet for example Jake, Capybara, camel Drabař, or water buffaloes who really like to bathe and very often you can catch them in their pond while relaxing!
In the European part we breed curly pigs or Mangalica, nutria, Ouessant sheep, valerian, donkey, or goat of the Carpathian!
We must not forget also Shetland pony and Highlands – who are one of the oldest cattle breeds!
